I am looking for a camera to recommend to a friend and and having some difficulty deciding between the E-M5 and the E-M10.  Based on a comparison I made of the OM-D E-M5 against the E-M10, the advantages of the E-M5 over the E-M10 are

a) One stop advantage due to the 5-axis IBIS
b) Better weather-proofing
c) Slighter faster continuous frame rate (4.2fps vs 3.5fps)

The E-M10 on the other hand is ahead of the E-M5 on these:

a) The EVF resolution is the same but the E-M10 EVF eyepoint is much better (20mm vs 18mm)
b) The E-M10 EVF has Adaptive Brightness' viewfinder technology which adjust automatically based on ambient light
c) The E-M10 LCD has a much higher resolution than the E-M5 LCD
d) The E-M10 has a built-in flash while the E-M5 flash is not built-in
e) The E-M10 has higher bitrate for video (24Mbps vs 20Mbps)
f) The E-M10 has a newer image processor than the E-M5 (Truepic VII vs Truepic VI)
g) The battery life of the E-M10 is longer than the E-M5 if both cameras do not use flash
h) The E-M10 is slightly lighter than the E-M5
i) The E-M10 has WiFi useful for wireless tethering and for image upload to phone then to Internet

I have been using an E-M1 since last year but have no experience with the E-M5.  I am reluctant to recommend the E-M1 as this friend is just starting out and the E-M1 may be too expensive for a beginner.  The E-M5 advantages that really stands out is the WiFi as it is exactly the same as that in my E-M1 and I now find this feature indispensable.

Based on the 2 lists, I am inclined to recommend the E-M10 over the E-M5 but would like the opinion of those who own the very popular E-M5.  Is there something that the E-M5 have that I am missed out?  I do not know the local selling price of the E-M10 but if the price of the E-M10 was the same as the E-M5, is there a good reason why I should choose the E-M5 over the E-M10 that I have not listed?
