I'm planning to go to Navotas Fish Port with my friend.

I just a a question. Can we just shoot there or do we need to get a pass? And 12mn-1am is the best time to start shooting there right? Or is that too early? thanks!

you may need police presence more than a permit to shoot... :o :o :o

i do not think that this is a great idea. fishmongers are trading and they do not want people in their way.
