I own a Tamrac lens case and a Lowepro belt. You cannot attach a Tamrac lens case to a slot of a Lowepro belt. The Tamrac connector is just too wide to fit in the Lowepro slot. But if you have the Lowepro Light Belt (not the Deluxe version), you could attach the Tamrac case to the belt itself instead of one of its slots. But then this would just be the same as attaching the Tamrac case to any ordinary belt where the case could move around as you walk.
Lenses: Canon EF 16-35mm f/2.8L II USM, Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8L USM, Canon EF 28-300mm f/3.5-5.6L IS USM, Canon EF 50mm f/1.2L USM, Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 Macro USM
