yamang dagat.
« on: August 28, 2008, 04:27:19 PM »
i think i'm kinda one sided a photographer in that about 40% of my photos are of the beach, the sea, and everything else related to the sea... so here are some of the shots i like taken over the past few years, and hope you guys come to love the sea a bit more c/o these pictures. meron din palang advocacy ito:

***every third weekend of september is international coastal clean-up day. divers consciously, on this weekend, go underwater to remove unwanted debris from underwater, and non-divers clean the beach of trash... it's not all work of course, because after the work of the entire day, resorts hold parties, and allow their guests to stay on special clean-up day rates. so every third weekend of september, dive resorts are turned into party places - with a cause. i've been part of the clean-up ever since i started diving in 2k3, and i have no plans of stopping. everyone's welcome to join! divers and non-divers alike! let's all go and clean-up our beaches and oceans! though i'm not organizing in any capacity, i'd be glad to help you guys out as much as i can, if you have any questions re the clean up.

anyway,more here... http://shutteredtruth.multiply.com/photos/album/61/yamang_dagat
