Sakin, I think dagdag gastos talaga para sa mga babae pag na-addik na sa photography, even if forced to choose ka between a bag or a lens, eh kung gusto mo talaga yung bag at di ka makatulog kakaisip kung gaano ka-bagay sayo, eh bibilhin mo rin yung bag pagkatapos mo bilhin yung lens. or vise versa. So doble kayod dapat, para doble gastos. :P

Correct.. :( Before nag aalangan ako bumili ng P5k pair of stilettos pero ung isang lens ko 2 days ko lang pinagisipan byebye P10k.

Hay.. Parang mas madaling maging lalake. haha

i agree!  bag or gears, shoes or gears, clothes or gears. hahaha.. i usually end up buying girl stuff.  i try to convince myself that the gears i have now are enough for me.

other than that, ang issue ko lang with photography is that that freakin 70-200 is heavy! haha.

My only issue with my wife is that she makes me pay for our photogear. She always tells me she has no budget for them (kahit para sa isang sheet ng screen protector  ;D). Lately she's been dragging me to the Apple Shop to checkout the iMac (balak nya ipabili on her bday). But mind you, she can afford to buy some LVs and Jimmy Choos in a heartbeat! Buti na rin yon kasi she gives me priority over the use of the camera. Sigh...women....  ;D ???

wow, iba ibang stories from everyone, but all very nice & interesting.... ;D

with me & my wife naman, im pretty sure that she uses reverse psychology on me..... always.

Ex.

Me: kasi mga P75,000 yun eh.

Me: teka lang love, huwag muna hehehehe

then i just walk away still trying to figure out exactly what happened and how i had chickened out hehehehe.

hay naku....

I just read this, wow, what a dilemma!!!

My issue, my daughter started borrowing my cam, so eventually i had to buy her a 450D, my wife wanted one also, but she doesn't want something bulky, I borrowed Ku's P&S Sony T70 instead, she loves using it so much while she was in europe, she asked me to buy it from Ku... teka, teka lang, ba't ako ngayon ang nagbabayad ng mga yan? thank God, ayaw ibenta ni Ku!

they left this morning for bangkok, each having her own cam, all i could say is, "take pictures, i need stock photos!"  ;)

I am debating whether to get the prime lens or not because of the non-auto focus issue. hehe

Rache kaya pala sulit sayo ang 70-200. :D

Karl naku simula na yan.. Pag balik nila from Bangkok, they're going to ask you to buy accessories for their cams na. hehe

OT: no hassle siya.. it won't bother you at all kse kita agad sa viewfinder if focused siya or hindi.. sometimes yung green dot serves as a guide na lang.. actually, i find it easier to use with a D40 than a D80 kse i tried using it once with the boyfie's cam, mas blurred pa yung shots ko.. boohooh! hahah! kaya i never took the 50mm out of D40..

not totally OT siya kse isang issue pa namin yan, eversince i got the 50mm, si boyfie nalungkot sa 18-135 niya.. ang dilim na daw.. hahah! he wants one too.. sabi ko wag na, yun f1.4 na lang sayo..  ;D (sayang walang devilish grin na icon..)
