Grabe talaga. Why do they have to do this? But again as they've said, charge the news paper. How much? Calculate mo magkano nagastos mo when you went to Vigan (looks like nagtitipid yung news paper and ayaw magpadala ng photog sa Vigan), plus additional for moral damages.
Let them learn a lesson. Hindi pwede yan na basta basta na lang nila gagawin yan.

I remember an old post regarding a similar incident. In that one, the watermark was even cropped out by the newspaper.

Anyone here know that person? Tried searching for that thread, but couldn't track it.

The hassle of processing this settlement is the one that worries me. This is sad, knowing that MB is one of the top newspapers in the Philippines. Dapat may tamang hakbang na dito.

Question lang: Sa mga similar cases, may successful na ba na na-claim nila ang bill from the violators? Parang wala pa akong nabasa or narinig na successful sila, ah.
