Lunar Eclipse 2007
« on: August 28, 2007, 10:53:00 PM »
I got lucky to shoot this rare event.  The sky was pretty clear.. A real unusual sight to see.  Makes you feel really small with the wonders and vastness of the universe created by God.

a bit blurry coz i had to crank the ISO up and takes about 2 secs to expose.  The usual settings for a full moon don't apply because it is significantly dimmer.   :)

I was up early this afternoon...went to SM MOA, cloudy skies all the way  :(

Wasn't able to get any photos....once in a lifetime event missed due to bad weather  :-[

thanks guys.. but damn.. now in know why some say lunar eclipses are unlucky and some say some important events in history happened during lunar eclipses.  i just received a bad news just today that made me feel so frustrated and sad...  :(

An officemate and I even requested access to the roofdeck of our office to see the eclipse! Alas, all clouds! Lucky you, sir!

I heard in Cebu and Davao it was clear as well?
