found these on another forum. mukang parehas ng Sony NEX ang ergonomics at buttons. yun pa naman ang ayaw ko sa mga unang NEX kasi ang hirap mag palit ng settings lalo na kapag naka M mode since you have to dig to the menu. i don't even see a dedicated ISO button. the size of the kit lens looks the same as the NEX kit lens din... looks like another mirrorless to stir the market but i think it cannot compete with the latest m4/3 and mirrorless cameras...

Our consolation is, Canon entered the market with their own MIC.The product will be improved in the coming generations. Our task now is in which direction or brand to start looking and building a system. The Nex proved the advantage of a bigger size sensor. We can't really be sure until it is announced. If indeed this is an APS-C sensor,a lot will be smiling ear to ear.  Rumor is there are 2 models of the Canon's MIC.
Maybe sooner or later the reign of the DSLR concept and form will end.

18-55mm lens proves it is 1.6x APS-C.
Doubtful it will have sensor-based IS.
EF & EF-S lens can be used with AF and AA using an adapter.
I hope this will be priced at most equal to a 1100D. Any more and it is expensive.

Maybe it doesn't need a dedicated ISO button coz it is a touch screen.

Looks like the 18-55 lens already has IS too, you can read it on the side of the barrel.

APS-C to malamang. meron 18-55 isang proeba. at merong 22mm which is equivalent to 35.2mm sa full frame. so APS-C nga. Balita ko ito ung low-end na mirrorless nila. me ilalabas ata na more advanced with evf.

good day.
saw the eos m lenses. specifically the 22mm f/2 stm.
my question is: do we have information if the eos body (i have a 50D and am happy with it - delighted is the word, i think) be able to take the 22mm f/2 stm lens?
thank you very much and regards.

EF-M lens cannot be used on EF or EF-S body due to the flange focal distance difference of 18mm for EF-M mount and 44mm for EF/EF-S mount

That is why the mount adapter EF-EOS M adds 26mm distance and is required.

This is not a Canon-specific issue. All other brands with SLR and MILC systems have to contend with this as well.

Have you bothered to read the post above your last one or is it too technical?
