black one's are dust specs, the white hollow one's look like water specs. Did you change lens anywhere near water or sea? or sometimes when you change lenses while talking? it happens and it could be clean.

bring it to any Canon service center but i will recommend the main service center in Magallanes for faster service. They would likely to charge you between 600-1200php

dalin mo nalang yan sa canon service center sa may magallanes. 7 days lang tapos na yang problema mo. libre pa pag underwarranty
