@cd928, thanks!  On weekends the balloon vendors are everywhere in downtown Saigon.  Kung minsan there are more than 10 vendors in just one area.  Makes me wonder how they are able to sell their balloons with all the competition.  ;)

Sa Quiapo I also encountered such many balloon vendors ,lalo na kung Friday, 'di ko lang sila mapagtabitabi at sabay sabay mapicturan yung iba nahihiya at yung iba naman nanghihingi ng TF hehehe..

@Ken, thanks.  Oo nga, medyo may peace of mind since there are policemen assigned to specifically look after the security of tourists. No holduppers here but need to be wary of motorbike-riding snatchers. Most victims are locals though and not tourists. ;)
