you actually believe perez hilton, he's nothing but a rumor mongrel who feasts on celebrity's failures, he got clobbered by BEP wil.i.am's manager, i should feel bad but that's a lesson perez had to learn. and for annie, i think she'll bounce back, an icon like her is backed up with huge connections.  :)

I love this shot, when I was growing up I saw this picture and thought Philippines was completely ruined, I was wrong, the only natural disaster Philippines can not advance from are the people behind the government administration and it's corrupt appointees.  ;)

Did you know that Magnum photographer Alex Majoli (who covered the war in Iraq among others) uses Olympus point and shoot cameras on assignments?

.

Theory lang why they are using Point and shoot. It is because if they used a long lens, some insurgent or soldier might think it is a sniper. Its for their safety.

A P&S is also usually smaller, easier to conceal and travel with than bringing along a big and bulky DSLR, particulary in dangerous/questionable areas.

- did you know that olympus OM-2 produced the world's first TTL direct metering system.

- did you know that olympus 35SP was the first camera to support Spot metering as well as average metering.

- did you know that leica complained about olympus camera M-1, forcing olympus to rename it to OM-1. (5000 bodies were made before changing it to OM-1)

panalo talaga ito. isang tunay na potograper. eto ang litratong nagpapakilala.

I think he was at the back of the jeep sitting on the floor, nagmamadali at hinahanap ang camera para lang makuhanan ito. Got one of his bags too (http://www.albertogarcia.ph/)

Hasselblad Electric Data Cameras (EDC) were used on the Apollo moon missions from 1969 to 1972.

Did you know that in the interest of saving weight, the astronauts brought back only the film magazines and abandoned the bodies. There are a total of 12 marooned Hasselblad cameras on the lunar surface!

Woooaahhhh... I didn't know the story about this one but I usually see the ads upon riding the MRT. Actually it is a simple yet leaves a strong impact on the onlookers. Love the concept of the tattoo as well.
