was walking around MOA yesterday and found these:

not sure what kind of birds these are though  ;D

Great captures Pubert. Those are Chinese Egrets, migrants all the way from China. :)

Great captures Pubert. Those are Chinese Egrets, migrants all the way from China. :)

so everything is from china na talaga. hehehe

they should've migrated because of the weather in China right now.
makapunta nga minsan baka meron pa and sana di pa namamatay sa polusyon o kaya kinakatay ng mga tambay. hahahaha!

thanks sirs!  ;D

used a 400D with a 70-200 f/4 IS. all shots i think was taken at 200mm (may crop pa yung iba) Av mode at f/4. Used AI servo mode (all AF points "on") forgot to switch IS to mode 2. I'm not sure if this is the right settings for shooting birds in flight though. I also got lots of out of focus shots using these settings.

di ba tagak tawag dyan? dami dito niyan sa cavite pinamamaril lang namin. magandang i shoot dito yan pag nalipad sila sabaysabay mga 50+ piraso.

not sure kung ano ideal eh. it was around 8am when i saw those birds. dun sa parking lot near esplanade

Pinamamaril... Meaning binabaril nyo lang? Bakit naman? Mauubos yan pag ganyan. ???
