I have the set.  used with the lens ring primarily for close up photography.  But if you attach it to the Really Right Stuff, http://www.reallyrightstuff.com/rrs/Itemdesc.asp?ic=B85%2DB&eq=&Tp=&ErrURL=Redir  you can use it for indirect lighting when doing flash Photography, added another flash clamp to accomodate to flash heads.  Sample below is with only one clamp.

50k? nevermind. Infomax lang meron sir? baka mas mura sa iba..

at that price, mas sulit ang 100mm plus ext tubes. what do you think?

Atsaka is this a unique lens? baka may alternative na hindi ko alam?

Sorry for the confusion. 50k ang MT-24EX Macro Twin Lite sa informax, not the MP-E 65mm lens.
Pwede yata sa hidalgo iorder yan MT-24EX pero order basis.
Sa HK mas mura di hamak. ;)

Ah so set ba sya? I'm guessing that the lens and twin light was introduced at the same time, hence they are sold as a set. tama ba? even some reviewers are testing them together.

Anyway, I'm really intrigued by the lens. I have seen in some forums about the sharpness and wow factor of the 5x mag.

Nope, they're not set.... the 50K is for the MT-24EX Macro Twin Lite only... the MP E-65 is around $800.... Si Santa S meron pa ata nyan eh... :)

Jed, 50k is for the flash only sa infomax.

This bracket looks familiar.  Ganyan ata gamit ni Daniel Tan sa events.

oh i bet. i tried using it with a 5D with 70-200 lens and the 580ex attached. hahahahaha! carpal syndrome ang abot ko!!! the metal built of the rrs flash bracket is great! but they need to find a way to make it lighter still!

Prolonged shooting yes, but when I carry it around, I hold the bracket as oppose to the camera.  Its' solidly built.  I primarily picked up this model as it doubled up  as a twin flash set up , and the other accessories could be used for panoramic set-up, using the arms as nodal point bridges.
