Thanks, your group can invite me, coordinate with Norman Morales or Rod Bobadilla. We can have a fruitful workshop.

I like the notion but I've more reservations -

1. How do we actually fuse two visual forms Painting and Photograph?
2. Adobe Photoshop or any other Photo Editing Software has well-know "painting-like" effects, paint dubs similar to conventional painting genre and style but we all agree that look "filteri-sh".

I am inclined to think it takes a lot of mastery in crossing the lines.

Well taken sir, but in my case photography came later because I started sketching & painting first. photography came in just like any another medium. Analyze picture 1, you will notice the background is really a handpainted acrylic abstract where I superimposed a photo with smart blur using photographic edges vignette, thus a fusion between 2 different mediums. I cannot speak for myself as to whether I have crossed the lines.

For me every photographer is an artist. A camera cannot take a picture any more than a paintbrush can produce art; a tool is only as good as the artist.
