Wow! First time to see a photo of my town from another photographer. Where did you go in Mayantoc? I see you took San Jose - Bigbiga Road.

Btw, photos # 2, 3, & 4 are still part of Iba, San Jose town.

hi mon. really you're from mayantoc? i grew up in tarlac but we have a rice mill there. yup i passed by the western part, sa burgos area. It's been around 8 years since my last visit there.  Wala lang magawa and i found the place real nice now that I'm shooting :)

The river is actually Calagip River situated in the heart of Mayantoc.

@ Jopet, yes. I go around to shoot my town every weekend when there's a window.

Check the following next time if you haven't been to these places.

Sunrise at Lubigan, San Jose.
Magsaysay Dam, Nambalan, Mayantoc
Callao Falls, San Jose, Mayantoc

If you're passing Bigbiga, take Binbinaca-Mapandan Road, instead of Pitombayog, Mamonit. Its more photogenic and rustic for landscape shoots.
