Good evening. Question lang po, ano kaya possible problem kung naiwan ko naka.on ung camera for 4 days (ND5200)?

Better practice to always enable your camera's auto-off mode. Mine is set to turn off automatically after 2 minutes. Tipid pa sa battery ;-)

huwag lang maiwan na naka-on yung camera tapos tanggal yung lens at walang body cap. hihigupin nya lahat ng dust, didikit sa sensor. hehehe

bought a d7000  :)  got it at henry's glorietta for P33,500.  mas mura pa ng konti kesa sa hidalgo.  may on going photoworld asia kasi sa glorietta ngayon kaya medyo naka discount.  hmm, nakakpanibago...from a d60 to d7000.  mas malaki, mas mabigat, mas marami ng features.  interesting!

Good pm!

may tanong ako. meron akong lumix dmc-ts3. mejo naging lousy owner ako so ung last few times na nagamit ko sya on water (pool water and sea water) hindi ko nawash ung camera sa running (tap) water. Kaya yung lens coating nya naging ganito (see pic below).

so everytime na magpic ka after masubmerge sa tubig, nagkakaron ng droplet sa lens.. pagwinipe mo magkakaron pa rin ng droplet.. see sample pic below. lady's face is intentionally blurred. the rest is from the camera itself.

npapalitan ba ung lens glass na yan sa harap? any ideas po? at mga magkano kaya? nagsend na dn ako ng email sa panasonic para pakita ung camera ko.. still waiting for their response.

Hello Everyone,

I'm a brand new member of this online group and also a new owner of an Asahi Pentax S3! I'm very green when it comes to film photography so I will take this opportunity to ask a bunch of questions starting with this:

1. I am about to take a trip down to Hidalgo on Saturday and I'm looking for a couple films to buy which ones would you recommend that I start out with? Preferably I would like a "bang for your buck" type of film.

2. Where I can get my hands on some Kodak Portra, Neopan, Tri-X, Fuji Velvia films aside from the usual http://www.theonlinewarehouse.biz / online store?

3. Where can I purchase a lens cap for my 55mm f 1.8 (thread size)?

Thank you for your time!

hi, everyone.

i am a new member of this online photography group, and i have a question about my camera, canon 100D. perhaps, my query is not new to others but i'm currently confused about this new habit of my camera.

so, when i try to focus my subject, definitely the background will produce a blurry effect. but, after I capture the image, the background becomes sharp in the preview. (this is in manual mode btw), even when I use the live preview mode, it is still the same. i tested it with another photo, i intentionally blurred my entire subject to check if it's the same after I captured it, but, it turned out that the image became a little sharp when I took it. i already checked the diopter of the camera, and it is perfectly fine.

any help or tip will be appreciated. have a nice day!

Salamat pogs at retina. I took a spare cellphone screen protector and cut it to fit my back and top lcds. it isn't the perfect cut as I never used any measurements. It is pretty obvious since you can see the cut out of the cp camera on the back lcd of the camera :D

pero ok lang :)

@zroyperez

since you are using a sony A-mount camera A57.. try to get a Konica-minolta 11-18 which is identical to the sony 11-18 but cost 50% less than the sony. you can also go for the tamron 11-18 which is optically identical.

if you dont require the 11mm width. for APSC, you can also opt or the 16-50 but a bit expensive or the more affordable sony DT 16-105 which has the same built quality..

It's nice to be back once again ka-pipho!

Sold all my Canon gear and will be jumping to Sony's ship.

To all who have Sony A7 iii, is it worth it? :D

To all who have Sony A7 iii, is it worth it? :D

depends on your expectation and what you are going to use it for..
I have been a sony user since 2010 starting with the DSLR A330 then upgraded to the A500 before going the sony SLT route because i am still using mostly a-mount minolta AF lenses.
I cannot say that i have moved on completely to FE/e-mount since i still have 4 working a-mount bodies (KM-5D, A100, A580 and the A55).
I also use a few older e-mount bodies but i mostly use manual glasses.
I have the original A7 which till now i still use and never had the inclination of upgrading to the A7ii not until the A7iii came out a few months back.. one thing i can tell you with sony bodies with IBIS (or any other camera manufacturer with IBIS) is you need to completely take good care of it more than dslrs without stabilization because if you drop the body, the chances of your built-in stabilizer failing is very high.. also with mirrorless system, the sensor tends to get dirty easily.

other than that, A7iii already beats a dslr of the same price in terms of AF technology, low-light capability, AF focus points, frames per second and that very nice 4k vidoe capability, not to mention dual card slots.

If only i have the extra money and the need to upgrade...
