Most likely "SALISI" style yan. They distract the owner and steal the items while the owner is unaware or distracted.
When in Public... Always watch over/attend to your items or Always bring them with you... Treat them like CASH... Never leave then unattended... :(

IMO, the owners are already careful, we will watch the video again, the reporter said it was tied around the chair that's why it took them 9 mins to untie it again. IMO, there is a conspiracy between the waitresses, they had been passing there back and forth and did nothing. I believe they saw what they are doing. most filipinos have the mindset "if they did not touch me, i wouldn't even care." which makes it very shameful, the fact that they are foreigners, we are already in the top ??? worst countries, then adding this incident, where would we be? top 1? wew. how i wish people can change for the better.
