50mm f1.8 - Is it worth fixing?
« on: February 01, 2011, 01:28:13 AM »
Last Christmas I dropped my 50mm and damaged the Auto/Manual switch. It popped out. I can still manage to use it on  manual mode but not auto.

I'm going home this year and I'm thinking if the repair cost is cheaper sa Pinas. What is the average cost per hour?

It's a MK1 so I'd like to get it fix but it's not practical dito kasi the price of a new one is only $120(CDN).

Any comments is appreciated.
