Good to know that this issue is resolved, there have been tons of people posting on this thread over the past year and a half chiming in. Locking the thread.

does an unknowing model (non professional model's picture taken without permission and/or taken as candid shot) have a right to his photo if the photographer uses it commercially/profits from it?
