Your Straight Out Of The Camera Photos/without PP..
« on: June 11, 2010, 11:48:21 AM »
guys can you share your photos straight out of the cam..

don't get me wrong..i also like Post Processing..and i'm trying to learn..

gusto ko sana makita din mga pics you made after making the shot..what you see in the cams monitor after the shutter closes..

as a beginner i or we can learn from this..

1. YES to adjustments BEFORE taking the shot..+/- sharpness, saturation, hue, monochrome, picture control..

2. NO to adjustments AFTER the shot..no crop..so we can leave the picture as is..

3. kindly include some settings if you want..

4. also the lens used..will be helpful in reviews..

thanks PiPho..

It's a actually a variation with light painting, but instead of purely light painting, I mixed in my studio strobes to keep my subject as sharp as possible, even if the exposure was more than 2 seconds and the camera hand held.

Here are a few samples of images straight from the cam.  Single light setup for all three shots.

Using light to sculpt your image is an absolute necessity even before considering your PP.  I usually post process my images, but I'd say the final output is pretty darn close to the raw image. :)
