I just want to share my unfortunate event with Iclick marikina. I am of the usual clients that would buy from Iclick and without a doubt i trust the store. I would buy most of my camera accessories in iclick but with what happened to me I'm having 2nd thoughts. I bought a Phottix Tetra set from them and was happy with the product, after a month the transmitter would not fire anymore. I went to Iclick Marikina and asked if they can do anything about it but they just said that there is nothing they can do and all i can do on my part was buy another set. I asked other shops regarding the warranties of this item, most of them would offer a least 3 months replacement. Iclick would only offer 7 days and after that they wont do anything. I am so disappointed about the service of the store. They could have just take a look and ask the main store what to do, but just said they can't do anything because of the warranty. I am not asking for anything but I hope that this would be a lesson learned and that the store would make changes in their policy.

good afternoon sir. may pinagawa po ako sa inyo na nikon sb600 flash na binigay ko lang yesterday. as per tao po ninyo mga 1month to two months ang pagawa ng flash. but yung isang worker ninyo kasi sabi nya 10days po. with warranty po kasi yung flash ko. medyo matagal po yata if mga ganun gatagal. ok sa akin ang 10days pero if tatagal, hindi po yata magandang after sales service. nasabi ko nga po na bakit ganun katagal at hindi naman dadalhin sa ibang country. request ko po sana na you may look my unit agad kasi need ko po sya ng October 28. i dont know how to contact you directly, kaya dito ko pinasok ang inquiry/request ko. thanks in advance.
the flash unit is under the name of Peter Noel Laigo po fyi lang po.

just to clear sir, 10 days is the maximum diagnostic time if what's the product's problem. but the repair sir, it will take 1-2 months to repair.
