Any contact number, promos, price updates, list of available items, etc on your branch in SM Marikina?

Bought a few items there and having a favorable experience.  The staff even the lady guard are so courteous and friendly, willing to answer every question.  They smile a lot too.

I agree. Their staff are very friendly and will assist you even if you're just in for some canvassing (or daydreaming perhaps ).

I bought a UV filter, a set of generic lens cleaner and a phottix battery from them. Very accesible to my place.

just bought sb600 few hours ago and i agree sa lahat ng comment that their employees are very accomodating kahit anong kulit ko sa mga perks and discount per item na makita ko. they do accomodate

thanks and more discount sana sa sunod na items that i will buy.

btw, please consider my very important suggestion: customized paper bag or plastic bags please. para di naman magmukhang galing palengke yung pinamili

overall rate: 9/10 (dahil sa plastic. hihihi)

Yun nga bro, kaya mejo masama rin ang pakiramdam ko sa nangyari sa yo.  Elibs na elibs pa naman ako sa nga staff ng marikina branch at doon ako madalas bumibili ng mga gamit.

Dapat lang talaga magpaliwanag sila kasi masisira ang reputasyon nila.  Ang alam ko, pati grupo ko na taga marikina may meeting with Roger this end of the month para sa tie ups.  Baka kasi mangyari din sa mga ka grupo ko ang masaklap na nangari sa iyo, bro.  Masakit din naman para sa amin yun. 

Anyway, lets wait for Roger and his boss's reply to the thread that is getting longer by the hour.

i do apologize about this incident and will try our best to better serve our loyal customer and member of pipho.
to all those customer that complain our plastic we are now doing something about it and i hope by end of the quarter you will get a better packing for our company.
for our price change, please do understand that our prices are always changing depends on the supply and prices of our suppliers. we are trying to give you the best possible prices we can get, because of very low margins our prices change quick and was not able to inform our customer about it. we are doing some changes to better serve your needs.
i personally will do something to better change our sales operations.

Now that I-Click management aired their side, let's not analyze who's right and who's wrong.  Tatagal lang ng tatagal.  Lets MOVE ON na.  This org wont prosper if we continue to beat our brains on this matter.

Changing the mood...

I-Click... Bought a reflector a week ago then I am looking for C-Stand or simply a reflector stand that can hold the reflector horizontal and vertical position but unfortunately you don't have a stock that time.  Let me know please when you have it at this branch...
