I believe its Defective/Damaged On Arrival, meaning for iMac's they didn't power on/ boot up or they had cracked screens but they have been "refurbished"

Thanks for the fast reply. So, what if I buy the DEMO units instead? Are they broken or anything? Are they refurbished items as well? I'm kinda lost with this "refurbished" and Demo untis for sale  thing.
