I forced myslef not to get the zoom and opted  with the pancake lens.  Im like transported back to film days where I use only this lens and try hard to compose and think out of the box.  Im extremely satisfied with this fast lens that I never go past iso 800 for indoor/night shoots.   Focusing of the Gf-1 is spot on even in near darkness and with this lens I get the results I want.  If ever Ill be buying a zoom Id complement the panckake with a  7-14mm and call it a day.  :)

Hehe I think we have the same options alanranch  ;D but now for me price is the problem  :'( :'( to think with an F4.0 at almost $1000 its a bit steep maybe if it was F2.8 it would be ok for the value

Infomaxx have them from time to time - ~PhP 27K.

DWalker also had them in stock awhile back, not sure if they're planning on stocking them again - ~PhP 25K.
PENTAXIAN.

Interest Check:  Alessandro MS-Pro Headphones - PhP 25K.

The best camera is the one you have with you all the time, not the one that stays in your dry box at home.
