sir i went to the store in greenhills yesterday morning (straight from arriving at the airport) they said that with the philmug/pipho discount it would still be 5800 but they would be charging me 1000 pesos per 100GB of data to be transferred/cloned... i wanted to replace the hard disks of my new 15 inch and 13 inch macbook pros... but unfortunately the additional 1000 pesos per 100gb (160GB and 250GB) in the disks was a bit too much for me na...  sayang kasi i rushed there pa naman.. hoping to start the day right...  my only consolation was i was able to eat at kimpura again and also they told me that the 1TB time capsule was 17500 even though i said your post stated otherwise (ang sungit pa sir nung tindera sa cashier ) as a frequent shopper at the branch in t morato and southmall and the one in parksquare... i was surprised with the unusual lack in customer oriented service... but am still very thankful for the discounts and promos, and assistance i have received in the past... as well as the friendship i have gained with the different staff in the other branches...

Hmmm let me check on this , the transfer of data is free na dapat when you buy the hard disk from us. the transfer fee is for walk in customers who did not buy the hard disk from us. Which day did you go and who was the staff who attended to you? The price also of the Time Capsule was adjusted already when I checked yesterday at V-mall

Hi Charlie!

Went to your VMall branch earlier this evening. Wanted also to upgrade my MB Hardrive.....I thought also that the transfer of files (i think she said cloning) is no longer free.... it's an additional P1,000 per 100GB.
