Choose a best option in purchasing speedlite/s as slaves

I already have 2 sets of Light Stands and shoot thru/reflective umbrellas.
If you have other suggestions, feel free to share it with me, thanks!
For the Nissin speedlite, I'm reffering to the Di622, to be specific.

i think i'm in the same position right now as you are as I'm thinking of the best option for off cam flash, only i've 430ex which is less powerful than your 580exII.  Since you already have 580 I rather get another canon 580 or 430 as it will serve as backup to your 580exII and can easily be used for on-cam shoot.  I'll also add a flash trigger to make it easier to do off cam flash as IR is not too reliable.  If you are going to shoot indoor maybe a low power strobe will do for head and shoulder portrait. Light meter if you want to get serious with your lighting to avoid guessing with your light ratios.

Hmmm ingat lang sa Nissin, they don't work with radio triggers. One Pipho member made hard mods on his Nissin Di622 para magamit yung mga radio triggers.

Get a Metz 48AF-1 instead if your on a budget. Its a really good flash. Di lang masyado namamarket dito sa Pinas kaya di sikat.

sa JTPhoto meron ;) not sure lang ngayon kung may stocks na sila, pero sila ata ang official distributor dito sa pinas. Sa Hidalgo mukang meron din naman. ;D Muka ngang good substitute ang Metz lalo na if you're on a budget :) the 48 model is at 10k, yung 58 model is at 16k.
