as quoted
http://www.nikonians.org/tripods/tripods_2.html

Thanks for the warning.  Will keep this in mind. Pero ang liit na siguro pag labas, good thing i'm not tall  ;D

I shoot videos for my DSLR and i recently got a Benro KH25 tripod. Solid build and fluid head. It costs 5950 but very very happy with it!

hello guys, ako din magpaparecommend :)

i've been using Giotto VT809 for my basic tripod needs pero nung nagupgrade na ako ng glass (UWA) nafeel ko na mahirap na palang magcompose sa panhead setup ng tripod ko. Medyo nahassle-an ako pag landscape na yung shinoshoot ko.

I've tried my officemate's tripod with ballhead, Benro yung brand.

Nga pala my budget is 5k.

Re: Tripod - need some recommendations
« Reply #470 on: October 14, 2011, 04:06:08 PM »
Hi Guys,

In relation to this thread, I wanted to ask everybody of their opinions of the most compact, lightweight, and durable tripod that exists. I love travelling around SEA and I usually carry with me 3-4 cameras all at the same time, where 2-3 of them are film cameras. That said, I'm looking for a tripod that I can carry with me.

Don't get me wrong though, I'm a pretty hefty guy, but I still want something that won't stress me out during long walks.

Currently I'm looking at the Carbon Fiber Magnesium Allow Flat Tripod by Benro, stands around 5feet 5inches max.

Any other thoughts?

Thanks!

Is that a Series 3 Systematic? Maybe even larger?
The BH-55 sits nicely on it - parang sinukat!

thanks for the suggestion. i checked the location ng shop that carries Manfrotto. They look better than Benro (based on the pics) kaso they are also priced higher.

Anyway, I found this GIOTTOS MH1302-655 on henry's site priced at 4k. It can hold 8kg and also have separate control for panning.

Newbie question, I never actually saw any reputable tripod yet, kaso meron ba standard tripod and ball head socket? all tripod can be fitted with other brand ballhead?

im thinking of buying an A500 EX and sell the BH1 and get this (or just get A-198 flexpod from benro also) and pair it up with the Giotto BH

Got a Sirui CF T-025 tripod (P8,200 sale sa Pixel pro until March 31). Need a small and light tripod only, hassle to carry a big tripod together with clothes, milk, diapers and stroller pa  ;D

Medyo hindi ko sya gusto kaya I ended up ordering abroad.

Cheers!
