i have a tokina 11-16 and sharp talaga sya, also the build quality is excellent, even better built than some of canon mid-level lenses. (metal mount, metal body, fast auto focus)

I'm a pretty big fan of Sigma.

I've used the 150 macro, the 10-20, and my current favorite lens the 30mm f/1.4. Also used a Tammy 17-50 for a short while. Considering getting a Sigma 50-150 or 70-200 soon.

Excellent image quality and build especially considering the price points relative to Nikon or Canon lenses.

And any IQ advantages that Nikon or Canon lenses might have don't really show up unless you print big or shoot with a pro body, so I'd rather save the extra pesoses for something else.
PENTAXIAN.

Interest Check:  Alessandro MS-Pro Headphones - PhP 25K.

The best camera is the one you have with you all the time, not the one that stays in your dry box at home.

i'm a big fan of sigma too =) the 50mm 1.4 hsm is built wonderfully, and the 10-20 is so fun to use!

question po, have you used filters sa Tokina 11-16? concern ko lang kasi is vignetting esp on the wide end (11-12mm). thanks!

question regarding service centers naman,

pag Sigma kasi, andyan JT photoworld.

what if I buy Tamron, san ito pwede ipa-clean or ipaayos if ever masira?

and also for Tokina? :)

thanks.

btw, my officemate bought Tamron, super sharp talaga yung kuha, before kasi I had Sigma, so nacompare ko yung quality. parang iniisip ko Tamron na lang bilhin, hehehe.

good question ma'am, siguro ingatan na lang natin muna yung lens hanggat di pa natin alam kung saan ang tamang shop na pwede nating ipalilinis yun!

maganda talga ang quality compare sa sigma!
