After our audience with the Pope at St. Peter's square in the morning, we headed to the port to board the Queen Victoria.  The ship will sail at 10:00 PM to our first port of call, Naples.

Before I forget, here's a picture of the pool at the Lido deck in the middle part of the ship.

Our first stop was Naples, where we went to see the ruins of Pompeii.

Another port of call - Malta.  Malta is strategically located in the Mediterranean sea and Crusaders made it a base so you can see a lot of fortifications.

From Kusadasi, we went to see the ancient city of Ephesus.  This is where St. John brought the Blessed Virgin Mary after Jesus Christ was crucified.

Ruins of the Basilica of St. John.  It was built on the site of St. John's tomb.
