Expensive hobby but very satisfying. I used to go up to Tagaytay with friends but most of the time alone because of my irregular work schedule. I felt i could've spent my whole life enjoying the hobby until an inconsiderate and unruly driver sideswiped me which almost cost me my life. Paalala lang sa mga bikers, be careful and always be defensive when biking, and also, always, always wear your helmets....

Sarap talaga mag ride kaso for me, photography and trail biking don't really go together. As much as I'd like to bring my camera because of the many things na pwedeng makita sa trail, sayang naman pag tumaob ka tapos mabasag yung camera. Siguro magandang compromise yung Olympus na waterproof and shockproof na P&S.

i agree that mountain biking and photography is daredevil activity. You can't avoid crashing down on your bike while protecting your gears. I thought like mountaineering and photography can be good for both. now i can put my 4-year canon a510 into use.
Take nothing but pictures, leave nothing but footprints, kill nothing but time

I use to ride with a number of girls before. They look more manly that I do :D

+1 Tama ka.  I am now hooked to MTB now kaya nawala sa photography hobby.....sarap mag ride....kaso P&S cam lang nagagamit ko kasi parang delikado magdala ng DSLR sa mga rides....mas mahal pa cam+lens kesa sa bike. ;D

See you on the trails!!! ::)

I beg to disagree...on both counts ;)

my share

but i agree on NOT bringing heavy DSLRs on the trails. that's why most MTB pics are from p&s and cellphone cams.
