I'm just curious because I saw a cheap tripod from CDRKing. Meron na ba bumili nun dito? how was it? Is it worth the price?

I tried one from my friend, di ko lang sure kung iba ibang models yun but medyo standard sized yung kanya, medyo hirap na yung tripod for a D80 + 70-300 lens, di na sha ma-steady.

Siguro mas okay kung mag invest na lang sa mas sturdy na tripod.

mas maganda kung ung ball na ung head nya at bakal believe me ayaw mo mangyari sau nangyari sakin...

:(

iba iba po size niya. ranges from 450 pesos yung smallest to 1550 pesos (pang pro daw). here's the link sa pinakamahal na tripod nila

http://www.cdrking.com/local/products/index.php?action=mnu&temp=2&typeno=9424224-445640-247496345-4349363&prod=Tripods&prodcode=7025151-791490-365775223-4657460

pero tama nga, you would want to invest on a good tripod. key word: invest. pangmatagalan na kasi. halos lahat din ng tinanong ko about tripods yan sabi sa akin, invest in a good one. problema, hirap ng pera ngayon. hahaha kaya tipid tipid mode.

I bought the SLR tripod for "pros" , that's what they call it. Bakal naman yung ball and head, parang sturdy naman.

I only bought this because I seldom use tripods, just in case I need one meron na akong naka stand-by.  :)

i think the CD-R King tripods are okay if your using a Camera Body and a light lens.

Otherwise, it's risky if you're gonna use it with a heavy body and a heavy lens.

Used it several times with my D40 and Kitlens before.

I'm having second thoughts now if i'm still gonna use it with my D80+Sigma 24-70 lens.

I bought the aluminum ones. Ok at first but after using it for a couple of months, medyo loose na yung mga parts.

sturdy enough for me and hindi rin naman po ako masyado gumagamit ng tripod.

buti dala ko camera ko nun bumili ako... natesting ko naman kung sturdy na for my basic camera setup.
