My friend bought one (http://www.cdrking.com/local/products/index.php?action=mnu&temp=2&typeno=9424224-445640-247496345-4349363&prod=Tripods&prodcode=7415123-834900-015177707-7554460).
He used it to mount his flash. Not advisable for heavy SLR and lens.

ive tried those cdrking tripods worth 500php.. the legs seem sturdy but overall the mount plate mechanism is shaky

not advisable for the serious photographer

Bought a CDRKing tripod a month ago... sold it after 2 weeks... medyo nakakatakot gamitin. bought a fast lens and a monopod insted... will invest on an expensive but reliable tripod pag nakaipon na.

Just my opinion though...
