D40 bro using a non-OS sigma 18-200.  Wala nga akong maliit na bag kaya binalot ko na lang ng towel tapos plastic and a lot of dessicant.  Kailangan lang waterproofing.

Btw the trail we used was just Ambangeg-Ambangeg.  Fun climb lang kasi siya sponsored by our company.  Sana nga Akiki-Ambangeg yung sinamahan ko para mas challenging, hehehe.

wow, so posible pala! hahahaha... salamat bro!  ;D

naku, excited na akong dalhin tong D40 ko sa isang climb... assuming makakalabas ako uli sa trabaho for a few days hehehe. thanks for the tips on dessicant, kailangan talaga iyan hehe.

di po ba mabigat masyado yung setup mo sa iyong pack? and also, pag umaakyat ka, do you leave it hanging around your neck (for those off-chances of spotting great shots) or do you keep it inside and only take it out at rest stops?

pasensya po lahat sa q's, excited lang talaga (for a n00b) kasi nagawa po ni sir Ricky.  ;D hope you don't mind the questions!

@Zemper
Most of the time nakahang lang siya sa neck ko para easy access.  Kung ano makita mo shoot agad.  Pag umaambon, I just put a piecle of cloth (tshirt/hanky/etc) over it para hindi masyado mabasa.

Was also thinking of joining the trek to cover the event for APC. BTW, member ka ba ng APC? Sali ka dun bro!

Haha!  CG2 rin ako bro.  I am already a member of the BPO counterpart though our club is not as active as yours.  Inggit nga ako dun sa mga kwento ng APC members na nakasama ko e, hehehe. ;D
