Finally to Conclude this Topic, Final words from me:

I made the right decision i was guided all the way from the start to finish by the very accomodating, friendly, hardcore and humble mentors, staff and alumni of Guided by Light! They really kick *toink* and willing to share all their knowledge. I mean all the savings i've made are all worth it. From the meeting place pa they already give me information and pointers. All in All Perfect ang choice ko.

To all the Alumni and all my Mentors See you sa susunod na destinasyon natin! Thanks for guiding me thru the light of Landscape Photography!

Who caters to which? (brands) I understand that there is a difference between Nikon and Canon when it comes to (some) controls and settings. Is GBL = Nikon Users? Or they have one for Master for each brand?  :)

I was hoping that I'll make the cut pero baka sa GBL na lang ako. Due to budget constraints.

pag may D7000 ka pwede ka sumama sa landscape seminar conducted by me for free  :o :o :o

seriously, this is just for fun para may activity ang D7000 peeps...and we also learn a few things here and there from each other while enjoying our D7000. ::) people who have more experience will be the one helping the other members.

Funny. That was a shot before the workshop so it really isn't a product of what you learned. Colors are off. Your post in FB was different.

My comments:

The colors are off and unnatural; a big chunk of the sky is blown out; the horizon is slanted and the perspective and composition are boring. The only nice element is a leading line.

I am very curious.

Why would you post a photo you took BEFORE the workshop?

Clearly at that time, you have not yet attained the valuable learnings you need to produce better photos. We are both GBL alumni and I am sure you will agree with me when I say that it is an awesome workshop. Why don't you post photos that you took DURING or AFTER the workshop. I am quite sure that you learned a lot.

I have very high regard and utmost respect for GBL, Christian Lim, Raymond Cruz, Mike Mijares and my fellow alumni. I just don't want people to think that this photo is a product of the workshop. Because clearly it is not.

Yup yup! Thanks for the inputs sir Jijo and Christian. My fault this picture is not a product of GBL because the actual seminar havent started pa when i took this shot and i try to post this in the office where my monitor is not calibrated and host it thru multiply then post it herein pipho ayun disaster. bwehehehehehe.and clearly stated po mga sirs na

"Unang Set ng pics sa pagsikat ng umaga papunta sa venue ng Seminar/Workshop with GBL team. I just borrowed a filter wala kasi ako dalang Filter. Taken with a Tokina 12-24mm at 12mm with 0.9 GND Soft Edge. Pagtyagaan nyo na lang po muna at nagsisimula pa lang. Thanks Thanks!"

meaning hindi pa start at

Its my own diskarte pa lang po ito kaya naka lagay din po na "Pagtyagaan nyo na lang po muna at nagsisimula pa lang. Thanks Thanks!"   ;D

Pasensya na po ulit sa mga nagambala.  ;D
