Why do you have to put silica gels inside a dry cabinet with a built in dehumidifier? Wonderful cabinets have built in ones.

No i dont i have the diy one. I just want to ask if the one from wonderful is safe for the camera. Because i read that dehumidifier is not safe for camera gear. But i searched for the product and saw that wonderful in not a dehumidifier but a electric silica. So im just confirming bec labels sometimes are just marketing gimmick

it should remain inside the bag. i suggest place it inside an air tight container just the right size for the phone. a bigger container means a longer time for the silica gel to work... or it means you need more silica gel.
Think out of the box.
