Since I got the 50mm, Im hooked. I now have the Sigma 50mm 1.4. I love how dreamy the images are when I shoot wide open. I just hope the AF is better n my 7D. A great combo with my 10-22.

I'm now torned between the 35 1.4 or 24 1.4. There's a couple being sold in the buy and sell section. Grrrrrr. :D

Planning also to get the 135mm f2 L or the 85mm 1.8. Then FF. :D

Experience and personal preference for foot zooming and lighter weight have made me give up my 2.8 zooms
Now sporting (based on what I'm shooting) a 14mm F2.8 and 85mm F1.4, deciding on the ZE 21mm F2.8 or TS-E 24mm F3.5
Also have my 20/1.7 as my stay on lens for my m4/3 kit

As a travel photographer, I've always appreciated the practicality and "there when you need it" range of zooms but I've always loved how primes force you to be creative with your shots. That and the fact they're lighter when attached to an already heavy FF camera.

I used to only use a dependable EF 50mm F1.8 on my APS-C. But when I got the Sigma 50mm for my 5D, it barely left the mount. Now I've got the EF 40mm, I can take my camera out more with me.

I've also got an M4/3 with a Sigma 19mm as an everyday carry wherein I have the Oly 15mm as a wide angle.

Warning: Might be NSFW!

The Sigma 85mm f/1.4 has become my portrait lens of choice. I usually use it at f/2.0 or f/2.8, though.

Fresh.... f1.8 35 mm Nikon

Sample First one..

Congrats sir. Ganyan din gamit ko sa D60, di ko na inaalis. Hintay naten maglabas ng 24mm 1.8 AFS ang Nikon, na di kasing laki ng 28mm nila na bago.
No regrets, because during that time it is exactly what I wanted!

lets hope sir that nikon will release a 24mm 1.8, the 24mm 1.4 is way to expensive for me. i might just spend it with couple of good glasses if summing up with the SRP of 24mm 1.4 of 2k $  ;)
