warranty problem

warranty problem.

my d70's shutter is acting up lately (common problem). i bought this 2nd hand but warranty is still up to september 2006. first owner bought this locally.

problem: i misplaced the receipt for warranty claims. any workaround? been looking for the receipt for 3 days.

i will do a more thorough search this saturday.

shutter repair i think would cost around P4k. ang mahal naman ng resibo ko....

pwede kaya makiusap sa watsons, i think they have a store copy of the receipt? meron naman ako serial number...

Hi Aris.  Introduce yourself as PiPho and request their assistance to locate their copy of the receipt.  It should work.  Make the request on a non-busy day, maybe Monday or Tuesday.
