20min processing project "Angel"
« on: October 18, 2007, 07:51:29 PM »
Just sharing a little freetime project I did.
Gave myself 20mins to put a concept into an artwork. (finished in 15)
Here's the outcome. I did it to show a concept to friend of mine.

Thanks for looking.

Details:

Thanks guys, the hardest part was isolating/selecting the elements. :) I bet you can do it faster, just take some practice I guess. (I've been practicing since 2000 hehe)

Yes, set my flash so that the light source would create the effect that light was coming from an orb on his hand. :) From shot to final output was 15mins. :)

shoot to final output 15mins?  woah, that's fast!  you must be working with more than 2GB of RAM :D

Rache,

Russel has been using Photoshop since it became a software. ;) Have you seen someone using PS without clicking on-screen menu but only short-cut keys? Watch him work sometime. ;)

Thanks po peeps. Medyo nangalawang na ako kaya kailangan ng magpractice. :)

shoot to final output 15mins?  woah, that's fast!  you must be working with more than 2GB of RAM :D

di po, 1gig of RAM lang (alang budget for 2gig hehe). Medyo mabilis na pong gamitin ang software pag kabisado na ang shortcuts. I think someone here once posted a handy pdf file for all the PS shortcuts, that will be a handy tool.

By the way, as suggested by one of the mods, I'll be posting a series of works here (but it may take some time :) the pics posted here are just practice runs. :)

Thanks again for looking. :)
