I use 1800 GP 1850 & 2500 Sanyo

I always recharge the night before use. Charger used is the original silver-gray 1 hour smart GP charger and the La Crosse.

I normally use just one set per flash for a shoot. The flash on my main body has an external battery pack :)

ey ken, why don't you trust 2500mAh one's?

The powerbase 2500mah batteries don't really hold their charge very long when you don't use them (same as sanyo 2500mah) I think the high milliampere ratings affect the charge life of the battery, in my experience the 2300mah's are probably the safest.

based sa R/C experience ko noon... shelf life of batteries depend on how it is charged... the faster it is charged, shorter it's shelf life is, the longer it is charged (pulse) the longer it's shelf life is. :D

i may be wrong though. :D

From the US. Magaling ang battery rejuvenation function niya. It was able to "revive" some of my aging rechargeable batteries. :)

nag r/c ka pala before? i play r/c too  just stopped 3 months ako but im planning to play again nakakamiss kasi. ganun din alam ko slower the longer the life of the battery. the charger im using for my flash batter ay yung gamit ko sa r/c kasi you can adjust the speed of the charging pati current input...:)

I'm using a Sanyo 4X 2500mh. after I initially charged it (took around 5 hours to charge).

I tried it on my flash for a few test (Around 10 shots) then when I tried the flash again after a week I think na-drain na ang batt because it wouldn't sync with my camera.

Bad batch na ba yun batt ko?

Mabilis ang self-discharge rate ng 2500mAh so after a week medyo mahina na iyan. Take into consideration your room temperature too. Also, bago pa ang batteries mo and it normally takes about 3-5 cycles before they reach peak performance.

Additional info: 2500mAh and highier have fewer recharge-cycles (approx. up to 500 charges) compared to the 2300mAh (approx. up to 1000 charges)

sir ice,

you mean to say after 500 charge cycles.. palit na ng battery (magiging unreliable na)?

i use 8 Energizer 2500 mah. Have not tested it for a long shoot yet but the recycle time is incredible

Where can I buy the Energizer 2500 mah batteries with charger? Have been to many stores but they are only selling the batteries with no charger. Thanks.
