Err 99

Good day po people..newbie po ako from Laguna..me problema po kasi dun sa cam ko,me lumalabas na "Err 99" at di ko po magamit,tried to remove the battery at mem card,ayaw pa rin,cleaned the lens connectors already,pero di pa rin gumana..Please help naman po,salamat sa reply..

It could be in the internals of the lens.

Have you tried another lens on the camera? At least you can narrow down your problem to either a lens OR a camera malfunction.
