hi! welcome to piPho! is this really your first post since you joined last Sep '11?

anyway, i like your portraits especially the first and the 2nd. Looks like you already know your lighting.
when cropping, it's ideal to not cut the limbs on the joints like the legs on your 3rd photo. do it in-between.
also, this is my personal taste but I think the skin is too smooth. I can't really tell because I can't see the bigger version but I suggest you leave texture.

welcome to pipho! I agree with jusap regarding 3rd photo, awkward kapag nagcrop ka sa joints.
Sa 1st photo naman, maybe add a hair light, medyo nagbblend sa background yung hair ng model.

I love the first one the most. A little rim light on the hair might've made it stand among the rest. :)
