Fujifilm X-Pro1 lens reviews and rumors
« on: June 15, 2012, 10:57:52 AM »
Here are some Fujifilms lens reviews from photozone
Fujinon 35mm f1.4
http://www.photozone.de/fuji_x/746-fuji35f14
Fujinon 60mm f2.4
http://www.photozone.de/fuji_x/744-fuji60f24
Fujinon 18mm f2
http://www.photozone.de/fuji_x/745-fuji18f2

Fujifilm lens rumors
http://www.fujirumors.com/category/rumors/
PDNonline posted the Fuji lens roadmap and added some info about the aperture of most of these lenses:

2012
 •    14mm (21mm equivalent) super wide
 •    18-72mm f/4 (27-108mm equivalent) image stabilized zoom
2013
 •    23mm f/2 (34mm equivalent) wide
 •    28mm f/2.8 pancake design (42mm equivalent) normal
 •    12-24mm f/4 (18-36mm equivalent) image stabilized zoom
 •    70-200mm f/4 (105-300mm equivalent) image stabilized zoom

As you see the only lens that lacks an aperture info is the 14mm lens. Fuji marketing said it shoudl be somewhere between f/1.4 and f/2.0. I guess it will be the second

I am sure I will be poorer once I'll give in but the road map will make the Fuji hard to resist. I will really end up poorer.....perhaps happier.

They're starting to look pretty good to me.  I wish they just forgot about the zooms though, and release all the primes ASAP, LOL.

14mm + 18mm or 23mm + 35mm = Pretty good trinity that'll be perfect for me.  Too bad the pancake couldn't be wider though.

Looks great but problem is the price. I bet it's going to be very expensive. The lens alone might be more than a good M43 body and lens combo.
