 Classifieds Section Guidelines (updated October 16, 2012)
Simplified version (see detailed one below) All listings will be queued and subject for review and approval by the moderators The Don'ts 1. No selling of brand new items except Premium Sellers. Apply as a Premium Seller http://http://www.pinoyphotography.org/ads 2. You can't sell gift and raffle won items unless you can prove it to us. Perhaps an awarding photo on stage 3. No price should be writtern on the title 4. You can't post more than 1 item per listing unless it is sold as package The Do's 1. Enter all the mandatory fields with * 2. Put a concise but complete Description 2. Put a good title of your item. Syntax (FS: Manufacturer, Model) Ex. FS:Sony RX100 3. Attach a max of 3 photos showing the condition of the item and serial number 4. Upload a photo of the actual unit with serial number clearly readable Notes 1. Up to 3 photo with a max. of 200KB size per photo can be uploaded 2. Photo size is 800px longest side of the dimension 3. Listing will be auto deleted after 15 days 4. Is it negotiable? Then just put it on the Description 5. Repricing? No problem you can edit your listing anytime 6. All items are publicly viewable. You may optionally put your telephone number on the Contact Info field. 7. You may give feedback to the seller and buyer on his / her profile 8. Zero to 50 post counts members (Marie Biscuits & Nido Kid) can now post on the Classifieds but with requirement and limitations (see on the detailed guidelines) The above Do's, Don'ts and Notes should be followed diligently in conjunction with the general forum guidelines. The Forum authorities has the right to edit, move or delete your post / listing if deemed necessary. DISCLAIMER: The admin, moderators and officers of this site will not be held responsible for your items for sale, looking for and for swapping. We don't condone posting of stolen, counterfeited and or any questionable "hot" items on this site. We have the right to remove and report it to the authorities. Classified Section Posting Guideline (long version) Effective October 16, 2012 1. Classified title should be in this format "FS:Canon EF 50mm f/1.8" - No topic titles like "Items you might need" or "Disposing of the ff items" etc. - If selling more than one item, seller should post items individually - If selling as a package then you must put the serial numbers for each item in the Description - Don't include price on the title of the post 2. Description to be include in the post: - Item Brand name and Model (Mandatory) Optional additional info's you may include - Cosmetic condition, defects etc. - If with defects or damage kindly explain briefly - Indicate when the item was bought, year acquired - What's included (e.g. manuals, box, cables, warranty etc.) - Sample output photo (for reference) - Contact Details/Information - please indicate your preferred method of contact (via PM, Cell No., Email) *Abovementioned details shall promote transparency to both the seller and the buyer. This will also help your potential buyer to decide faster 3. Seller shall update and post whom the item is currently reserved to or sold to so we have it on record. 4. All posts not within its intended thread (e.g. LF, FT/Swap, Advertisement) shall automatically be moved to the correct section/thread without prior notice. 5. Unsolicited Offers/Deals - Purchases made outside of the Pipho Trading Section will be solely the responsibility between the buyer and the seller. Pipho won't be liable for any trading mishaps that may occur. 6. Absolutely No Advertising and Hot-linking allowed on the Trading Section (EXCEPT PREMIUM SELLERS). No outbound links to TPC, sulit, pinoydvd etc. Only links from flickr or other photo sharing sites are allowed. Zero to 50 post counts members (Marie Biscuits) are allowed to post but with a requirement and limitations. - Requirement: Must be a member at least 3 months at the time of posting - Limitations: --Post will be on queue and subject for approval --You can only sell 1 item or package in a month --Post will be auto deleted after 10 days upon approval 9. Serial number is a must especially for cameras, lenses, computers and other items that has a label. You are required to upload a photo of the actual unit with the serial number clearly visible 10. Any post not complying the updated format shall automatically be moved or deleted without prior notice. *No need to PM us for approval, just post your items in "Newbies Market" category any photographic items (except brand new) and we'll see that in our system. We will automatically ignore and delete request posts that don't conforme to the requirement. All Trading Section Rules and Guidelines previously implemented and stated herein is hereby implemented and in effect starting October 16, 2012.
