PiPho Ad Program Terms & Conditions Agreement
Definitions:
“Ad Amount” – Advertising rate for Ad Sponsors
“FS /LF /SW” – Section in the PiPho forums that engages in trading of items
“Px” – Pixels
“Mb” – megabytes
“PiPho” – short acronym of www.pinoyphotography.org & www.pinoyphotography.org/forum
1. Introduction. Please read this agreement carefully. It contains the Terms and Conditions governing your access to post ads in the www.pinoyphotography.org Web Site. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions or you do not meet or comply with our provisions, you may not use the Ad Sponsorship Program of the Web Site. These Terms and Conditions are effective as of April 5, 2007.
2. Binding Agreement. These Terms and Conditions, together with all Exhibits to these Terms and Conditions (as they may be amended from time to time by www.pinoyphotography.org) form a binding agreement (the "Agreement") between you and www.pinoyphotography.org. Your access to or use of the Web Site indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Ad Program. There are 4 types of the Ad program for this website
· Pro Workshop and Pro Workshop + : For Professional Photographers engage in teaching photography related topics and photo opportunities / photo shoot that requires fees.
· Premium Seller: Members / Sellers of the Web Site who sells both brand new & second hand items for business.
· Premium Seller +: Members / Sellers of the Web Site who sells both brand new & second hand items for business.
4. Invoice. We will provide you electronic invoice thru email after we receive confirmation of your payment.
5. Advertisements & Warranty. All advertisements made by the Ad Sponsor must hold true and accurate to their claim. The Web Site shall have no warranty associated to Ad Sponsors announcements & items for sale.
IN NO EVENT WILL WWW.PINOYPHOTOGRAPHY.ORG BE LIABLE TO AD SPONSOR AND ADVERTISER FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED ON BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT WWW.PINOYPHOTOGRAPHY.ORG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
6. Ad Sponsor Benefits.
Pro Workshop
· Posting of workshop announcements at the Pro Workshop section (sharing with other Pro Workshop ads)
· Your threads will be seen by guests
. Payment is based on per workshop announcement
· 150PM Capacity
Pro Workshop +
· You will have a separate section like “Juan dela Cruz photography workshop” in the Seminars & Workshops.
· Your threads will be seen by guests
· 500PM Capacity
Premium Seller
· Posting on the Trading Section FS/SW/LF/Other photography & non-photography equipment
· 200PM Capacity
· Unlimited number of items
. No Guest Viewing
Premium Seller +
· Posting on a separate section at Camera & Gear Market Place
· 500PM Capacity
· Unlimited number of items
. Guest viewing enabled
6. Other Advertisers. We will welcome any shop, brand, seller & workshops that have similar ads with you. Online advertising like google, amazon, text link ads & similar ads will still be in PiPho.
7. Website Status. www.pinoyphotography.org and its sub domains doesn’t give any guarantee from downtimes, emergency shutdown, site hacking or any uncontrollable, unfortunate event that may happen to its hosting, server and database. We recommend that you backup all your Ad Lists, Contacts and Announcements.
8. Equipment & Gear Review. PiPho and its contributors & gear reviewers have the right to have unbiased reviews of your gears & equipment for review.
9. Forum & Website Rules & Guidelines. You are here to agree and abide the rules & guidelines of the www.pinoyphotograhy.org Forum & Website. No thread hijacking or any disrespectful posts & move should be done while along with other Ad Sponsors.
10. Duration of agreement. PiPho reserves the right to cease, hold and remove all the benefits of Ad Sponsors that didn’t renew or pay within the payment grace period.
11. Payment. On or before the day of Ad or posting.
12. Late payments: 10% of your current Ad account
13. Direct or Indirect Selling / Marketing. In order to have an orderly forum we prohibit direct or indirect selling thru other threads. You can market your items and services on your separate section or For Sale thread or at the Trading Section threads. We will automatically delete and move posts for such actions.
14. Amendment. These terms & conditions will be updated and amended from time to time without prior notice to the advertisers & ad sponsors.
